10% deposit payable on booking -balance payable 60 days before start of events. Events booked within 60 days of start date must be paid in full on booking.

ABTC @ Little Massingham is a really great space for parties, gatherings and weddings, utilising the events barn with fitted kitchen, games room, inglenook fireplace and lounge, outdoor cooking area, woodland bathrooms, along with the 7 furnished Bells and Myrtle and Beryl the railway carriages which is why we are offering group / party hire / wedding hire only for 2024. Carriages available for individual hire during the week and in the Autumn and Spring.

Up to 39 guests - Friday to Monday - exclusive hire for glamping guests and barn
Up to 39 guests - Monday to Thursday - exclusive hire for glamping guests and barn
Up to 50 guests - Friday to Monday - party/ event hire -glamping, camping and barn
Up to 80 guests - Friday to Monday - party/ event hire -glamping, camping and barn
Up to 50 guests - Monday to Thursday -party/ event hire - glamping, camping and barn
Weddings - up to 80 banquet style seating and 120 evening party guests
Oak Dell Glamping is a very private event site a mile up a track in the stunning North West Norfolk Countryside. The site includes 7 furnished bell tents, 2 rescued and refurbed railway carriages, a woodland pitch up area, events barn with inglenook fireplace, outdoor cooking area, 2 bathroom blocks and more!
