We are looking for people primarily with access to land in desirable locations who are looking for a way to make this work for them. This could be privately owned estate land, farm land, or a large private garden. 

On top of this, we need individuals with drive, the determination to succeed and who enjoy dealing with people. A positive attitude is the most important thing, as we can train and support you in all other aspects of the business. An eye for detail is important.  This is a business where it's the little things that matter.
