FAQ's

Is there a minimum stay?
Our sites all operate a 2 day minimum stay... full details can be found on each sites individual booking page.

How many people can the tents sleep?
All of our tents have a fixed double bed and up to three camp beds.


Can we bring our pets?
We're sorry but all of our sites are pet free.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am.

Do we need to bring bedding and towels?
All bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own towels.

Can we have fires and BBQ's?
All of our tents have a dedicated fire pit which has grills that you can BBQ and cook on. All of the tents have log burners inside except at Mannington Hall and Wiveton Hall. All of our sites have honesty shops that sell firewood, kindling, matches, firelighters, gas stoves and gas.

Is there Wifi?
None of our sites have Wifi.

Can we have a party on site?
All group gatherings and parties including hen/stag parties must be approved before booking and must be a whole site booking. Please contact us before booking your stay to discuss requirements.

What tent am I staying in?​
Your tent name will be in your booking confirmation email. You will receive a link to a download pack which will include a site map as well as other useful info. The packs can also be found here.

Should we bring anything else?
All of our sites are in secluded areas so it can get very dark...it never hurts to bring a head torch or a spare torch. It's England too so it's always a good idea to bring raincoats and wellies just incase!

Table of extras
All of our sites are brilliant and you'll have a great time wherever you go, but they are all different and this table will help if you're looking for something specific.

Note…from 2023 there will be no log burners in the tents at Mannington Hall, Wiveton Hall or Hoveton Estate. All other sites will have log burners in their tents.
